Yay, another picture of the Super 6 together! I love those the most! The boys seem to enjoy the camera, flashing the big smiles! I can't believe you pulled off a 4 passenger ride, Nate! I can't wait to show that to Jeremy, he's going to be so jealous! =) It's so awesome to see your adventure every day, and you get to hold a blessing every day... times four! ~Kayah
That's some kinda ride going on there Nate! At first when we saw the video of the pony waiting for the kids at home, I thought... oh no, one pony & 4 kiddos spells TROUBLE if not properly manned. I see you've found a solution! Wonderful thinking & welcome to parenthood. You two are doing an awesome job and there's so much more in store!
The most amazing phone call that we ever received came on September 11, 2007. Our social worker in Overland Park, KS had a conference call with Rena in Salina, KS and myself, Nate, in Kansas City, MO, about four siblings in Bogota, Colombia, South America. We got a referral that ended our deferred hope.
It had to be a God-thing; I think it happened inside of five seconds. We looked at their picture and they went from being strangers to being the most beautiful children in the world! They immediately stole our hearts! We were hooked for life. We were theirs and they were ours. What seemed like countless hours of preparation and years of prayer became flesh and fabric.
