Today we went to the top of a mountain and we were able to see all of Bogota. What a spectacular view.

Wow! What a view is right!!! That's an awesome picture!!! Rean and Nate, do you need me to call the ELL office or anything??? Are you still planning on him being at Rising Star????? Let me know if you need me to do anything about school! Steph, Rod and Parker
We're still enjoying the daily postings and pictures. Can't wait to have all of you home! Elaine thinks Alex should go to Bluejacket Flint--not that she's trying to compete with Steph and Rising Star but...
With such darling children, it's easy to see why teachers would fight over having them. Stephanie and Elaine will have to start smoozing you as soon as you get home to get the girls at thier school. For now, maybe you could send Sebastian to one school and Alex to the other :)
Did you get to have your date?
How long does it take you to pack up and get organized for all these outings?
Are there things you wish you would have put on your registry now that you're living with the foursome?
Is your Love and Logic working with all the testing?
Hope everything goes smoothly in court. Will they have an interpreter for you? Is this the last step? Can't wait to hear.
Ok Nate, Rena's yahoo sisters want a translation of "Mamacita"...Hot Mama? Inquiring minds want to know...Ha. Thanks again for all the updates. Praying you can come home on Saturday!!! Beth (CHI Family Member)
Hi Rena and Nate. It's the Freeman's from the Worship Center. Congratulations!!! We're so excited for you. God absolutely had you in mind to parent these children! Praise God you were obient and listened to him throughout this journey. You will be blessed over and over by these little ones! They are beautiful! It's obvious that you both are WONDERFUL parents! Let us know if there's anything we can do to help out!
The most amazing phone call that we ever received came on September 11, 2007. Our social worker in Overland Park, KS had a conference call with Rena in Salina, KS and myself, Nate, in Kansas City, MO, about four siblings in Bogota, Colombia, South America. We got a referral that ended our deferred hope.
It had to be a God-thing; I think it happened inside of five seconds. We looked at their picture and they went from being strangers to being the most beautiful children in the world! They immediately stole our hearts! We were hooked for life. We were theirs and they were ours. What seemed like countless hours of preparation and years of prayer became flesh and fabric.

Good Night,

That is a beautiful view! Is that Nataly in the train with your kids?
I can't wait to hear the answers to GRR's questions too.
